Welcome to CARE International’s Electronic Evaluation Library (EEL)

• To sort evaluations by Country, by Language, by Year, by Evaluation Type, or by Sector, click the appropriate column heading, below.   

• To select a specific Country, Language, Year, Evaluation Type, or Sector, click the down arrow next to the column heading and click on your selection.
   
• To search for projects containing a specific term, type the term in the search box above right and click the magnifying glass icon next to it.
   
• To read more of the description or other partly hidden field, mouse over the name of the file, click the down arrow and select "View Properties" from the drop down menu.
   
• To post a document, click the Send Evaluations to Post tab, above, for directions. 

Please note:

The term "Type" at left refers to Microsoft document type; the term "Evaluation Type" at the right refers to the kind of evaluation that was done.  The term "Name" refers to the name of the electronic file; the term "Document Title" refers to the title of the evaluation itself.
